When I receive a booking request, I trust I’m dealing with a genuine person. If plans change and our meeting won’t happen, just send me a note to let me know. I believe in our everyday life it’s basic courtesy to inform someone of changes, right? I can’t imagine skipping an appointment without notice. Of course, unexpected things happen, and I don’t need detailed explanations *just a heads-up* or just a quick note from you afterward - so I don’t worry something serious might have happened. It’s simply a thoughtful way to be considerate in today’s world.
