If cancelled within 14 days of your scheduled date, the full remaining balance will still be payable

In the rare case that I must cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded, or applied to a new date if preferred.
While deposits are non-refundable, I understand genuine emergencies do occur.
I may be willing to apply your deposit to a future date, provided:
The cancellation was made in a timely and respectful manner
My schedule allows for suitable rescheduling
